This was my 3rd time at this dealership, I have bought cars two of the 3 times. Everytime we have had an unpleasant experience with each sales associate we’ve gotten. And then the sales manager always has cars two of the 3 times. Everytime we have had an unpleasant experience with each sales associate we’ve gotten. And then the sales manager always has to pick up the slack for them and be the nice cop. Today that person was George, he was not helpful whatsoever, never tried to order a solution or to even try at anything, he just bases everything off of assumptions rather than finding out the facts, and then gets his feelings hurt when hes wrong. Never even tried to sell a car, just assumed and didn’t want to be there. Hire better people so yalls sales managers don’t have to scrape to keep customers around, and pay for botted reviews. More
