YES, it was worth the 3 hour trip! I really debated driving 3 hours from VA to NC to buy a SUV while hearing "Stay Home" from our governor. But, I needed a newer one and after searching on line for 2 months, EchoPark had the best deals...nothing came close in VA. As soon as you entered the building, you were given a pair of gloves to wear and there were plastic car seat covers to place on the car seats...felt safe at all times. I did the loan paperwork on line so my salesman, George Harris, made the rest of the sale so easy. The hardest part was deciding which SUV to buy. I was never rushed or pressured. George took time in explaining the loan, the extra coverage available, and each cars options. I have already told others about EchoPark, recommending the dealership and the salesman George! More

I must say I'm very excited about my new 2016 Kia optima. It's a smoothe ride love the color and the attention it gets along with attention i get. The Best Car Buying Experience This was one of the most unique and fun car purchases I have ever made. First, don't go on a Saturday or Monday, that is what was recommended. We arrived right at opening. We were so happy to get to work with Brandon. He is not your typical salesman. He was open and honest, he was fun, and shared his human side with us. We drove the vehicle we wanted, and immediately went for the purchase. He explained every step, there were no surprises. I was a little surprised you had to go with their lenders, but we will be refinancing with our lender, so we are good there. I love the no haggle pricing. Yes, they try to get you to get their additional insurance, but we did not feel pushed, at all. We would definitely recommend Echo Park, and would HIGHLY recommend Brandon. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. More

Good car , not so good experience . My purchase had everything to do with the vehicle , and precious little to do with EchoPark . Once they knew I wasn't going for all the extra , and costly , warranties , they were anything but accommodating , especially the sales person , to the point of being flat out rude . I got up to walk out twice . And this after they knew I was putting down almost 3/4 of the purchase then and there , even though I have excellent credit . I had been shopping for a while for a car , and was just ready to be done , otherwise I would have told them to kiss my a** , and moved on . Very doubtful that I will ever set foot on this lot again . More
