I recently assisted my brother in purchasing a car and after a long search I found one at EchoPark. From the first phone call their service was outstanding! We traveled from Charleston, SC and were prepared for the normal dealership BS and their add on hidden fees. To my surprise what I was quoted out the door was within $20 of what I was told on the phone. The experience at the dealership and with Derrick was just as amazing. He really went above and beyond and was super pleasant. I would highly recommend EchoPark to anyone and Derrick for sales assistant. This was the best car buying experience I've had in 36 years of buying cars EVER. Other dealerships need to follow their model. Thanks EchoPark and Derrick! More

Our salesperson was Brandon Tedder. He made our buying experience seamless and was very informative. I test drove two Honda Accords and with his help answering questions about each one I decided on the 20 experience seamless and was very informative. I love this vehicle and it was priced about 3500 below top end KBB market value. This was about 2000 dollars below anything comparable in the Fayetteville N.C. area. We drove nearly three hours to Charlotte to get this vehicle after a month of research. Their model for selling cars is great for 1 to 4 year old cars with a clean car fax report and under 50000 miles. This was a great experience. More
