I disliked their policy about not working with outside lenders. Had a better advertised price than anyone else. Dealer fees are reasonable and they were very upfront with all pricing. How anyone gives this place a good rating is either uneducated in finance or lying. You can not use an outside lender. You can not get a third party inspection prior to purchase. Literally every rule you've ever learned buying a car, if you've done your research, is against the rules here. You have to use their lenders whose best rate was more then double the rate our bank approved us for. Steer clear. Everh person working here is a criminal and con artist. Don't take my word for it. Google best practices to buy a used car and then read echopark's rules. They remind me of the dad in the movie Matilda. More
