This place ripped me and my granddaughter off We both have had so many issues with our vehicles. For reference please look at my granddaughters review for. Please do not buy a car here. I have had my car for less than a year and ever since I bought my car I have had issues with my tires. There are 2 different brand tires on my car when I mentioned this to the sales person they said that it meets EchoPark standards even though my Kia manual says the complete opposite. They still refuse to do anything. I have had a slow leak for several months when I bought the car there was a nail in it that they patched at the time but all they did was put a band aid on it. These cars are not ready to be sold to consumers. Save yourself the trouble and money and buy a reliable car. I would absolutely update my review if EchoPark reaches out to me to fix and replace my tires. UPDATE: KRISTAN reached out to me was extremely rude and new. She threatened me to removed my review. She yelled at my mom on the phone and REFUSED TO HELP me at all. Like I stated my family has bought several cars from here and it will be the last we will never recommend this place to anyone nor will we be back please go to a certified used car dealership!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! More
