I recently assisted my brother in purchasing a car and after a long search I found one at EchoPark. From the first phone call their service was outstanding! We traveled from Charleston, SC and were prep after a long search I found one at EchoPark. From the first phone call their service was outstanding! We traveled from Charleston, SC and were prepared for the normal dealership BS and their add on hidden fees. To my surprise what I was quoted out the door was within $20 of what I was told on the phone. The experience at the dealership and with Derrick was just as amazing. He really went above and beyond and was super pleasant. I would highly recommend EchoPark to anyone and Derrick for sales assistant. This was the best car buying experience I've had in 36 years of buying cars EVER. Other dealerships need to follow their model. Thanks EchoPark and Derrick! More
