They lose stars because 1. We pointed out the tires were bad - side walls were discolored, thin and showing cracks and stress - they claim they meet their inspection standards (makes one concerned about the bad - side walls were discolored, thin and showing cracks and stress - they claim they meet their inspection standards (makes one concerned about the quality of that "inspection") but offered to put 2 new ones on as a compromise. Sat for a long time waiting on signing papers, no offers of water or other while we waited (just a small, but significant Customer Service negative in my eyes), sales documents, finally arrive but did not include the tire info - so had to wait some more. They came back and added that in, but then after all signed, say, oh, we don't have time to put the tires on, we will call for an appointment. At the end of the week, we still had not heard from them, we called and were transferred to voicemails several times, left several messages over a two week period, three weeks since purchase, and still not a single response from them. So Be AWARE - do not buy before you get any agreed upon work done...they will NOT honor it and will just give you the run around. 2.they try to pressure you into adding extended warranties and have a poor attitude when you decline - not unusual these days at dealers, but just an FYI 3.pressure for using financing with them and you can get significantly better rates from a bank directly - so basically your fair price becomes not a great deal 4. forced to add on fees for surface protections that are "on all our vehicles" - that are not posted in price online - they add a fee for the dealership that is in the fine print, but this is in addition to that...overall - shady practices for a place claiming no haggle/no pressure/etc. and no great deals here when you are done More

This place have the worst customer service I have ever delt with…they sold me a warranty that I did not ask for.. The process went pretty smoothly. It was refreshing not to have to negotiate for the best deal. The price was the price, and I hadn’t found a better deal. Echo park has a great selection of cars at a good price. I have purchased 3 cars from them now in the past 3 years. I do have 2 small critiques that can be easily fixed. First one is they really should clean and detail all the cars before the post pics of them on line and allow customers to test drive them. They would get more people interested if the cars were clean inside. Other critique is the last management was more customer caring then this current management. seems like the bottom dollar means more to them then repeated customers. Also I recommend someone other then the sales person to clean the car that gets purchased, doesn’t really get clean. Otherwise I will still use echo park Charlotte as my go to for cars. If you go here, ask for George Padin, he knows his stuff, very friendly, and will do everything to make sure you leave happy. More
