I worked with Cullen as my sales rep, and he was great. No pressure, no haggling, and a very quick process which included getting an appraisal on my trade in. In fact, that was the fastest I've ever purchased a vehicle. Overall it was a positive experience, and I walked out a happy customer. Now there was a big Negative part of this all as well - the reason for the 3 star rating. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE. I was told that they only wash the exterior. Cullen was kind enough to vacume the enite vehicle for me, but I had to get the seats cleaned, as they were covered in dirt. Any other dealer that I have ever puchased from has made sure the vehicle was cleaned - inside and out. I just find it very odd. More
