Great prices on used, but pretty recent, cars with low mileage. Car performance/reliability TBD, but clean carfax report, so I'm optimistic. Detail: This was the first time I have purchased a car from Echo Park Charlotte and it was a great experience. The associate I worked with (Mo Moustafa) was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I did research before coming so I knew a few specific cars I wanted to look at. Based on those cars, Mo helped me look at other comparable options. I eventually found a different car that I hadn't done as much research about. I told Mo that I wanted to go home, do more research and return if I was comfortable with the decision. He didn't pressure me to buy on the spot, but encouraged me to take my time and make the right decision. While there on the first day, I also got my trade in appraised in about 15 minutes and it was a fair value based on what I was expecting based on my Kelly Blue Book research. Once I knew I wanted to make the purchase, I gave Mo a text and set up time to return and make the deal. It was a quick process once at the location. Mo clearly walked me through every step and answered all my questions to help me decide how/if I wanted to finance/purchase outright. The whole process is done with one associate, which I believe makes the process less complicated. When my wife needs a new car a few years down the road, Echo Park will be my starting point. More

Had a great experience purchasing my car from my salesman George at EchoPark. The issues I've been having have been after my purchase. I originally bought my car on a Saturday. On Monday the car wouldn’t start. AAA came and jumped my car and said they sold me a car with a bad battery. I was able to go to EchoPark that day and get the battery replaced through the 30-day warranty. It has been fine since. EchoPark bought out my lease as trade-in. A week after I bought the car I was charged the lease payment. Throughout the next week I had called at least 15 times, left 4 voicemails, and sent 3 emails to try and reach the post-sale customer service team to get an update on the transfer of the lease out of my name. The only person I was able to get through to was a finance manager, who said if I sent him an email with all the details he would forward to the appropriate person. For over a week I had not heard back from anybody regarding this. The following Monday I was able to get the direct line for the location I purchased from, and was simply sent to yet another voicemail box. I had to get in contact with my salesman to get someone to call me and I was told that my information would be sent over to accounting and they would be reaching out soon. I still have not heard back. Hoping they will see this review and understand my frustration in trying to get a simple answer. More

I was told by the sales consultant that this dealership prides themselves on customer service, but don't believe this. I went to EchoPark Charlette to purchase a car and had to drive four hours to get ther prides themselves on customer service, but don't believe this. I went to EchoPark Charlette to purchase a car and had to drive four hours to get there. After specifically asking about the car and if there were any odors when I got in the car it smelled so badly of smoke I immediately got out. I did look at another vehicle and actually purchased the vehicle after their 190 point inspection. One week later my battery failed so I took it to a Lexus dealership. I brought it to for battery service and they replaced the battery and indicated the brakes needed immediate replacement. Furthermore, I did not feel the car was reconditioned as I would've expected. They failed to take the name and address from the previous owner out of the vehicle and I also got there CDs from under the seat. So much for their inspection. Beware. More
