Honestly I felt appreciated here and was treated so great. I definitely recommend this EchoPark location and make sure you ask for Dustin he will get you fixed up! Someone should give him a raise!! First, let me say that my initial experience was very good. Worked with George Padin and he was fantastic. Bought a great car and headed home happy. Got my tag, paid my taxes, happy camper. However. The finance department failed to process my loan correctly. Multiple phone calls from my bank and myself were not answered over 3 MONTHS of effort. They just never called back. The bank stopped attempting to reach out to EchoPark. After 6 MONTHS, I received a call from Josh Thurman regarding an “audit finding”, stating that I never paid for my car. Turns out, they had a pattern of not completing loans. It was a breach of contract on THEIR SIDE. He tried to transfer blame to me for their issue. It wasn’t my breach of the contract. Nor was it the fault of my bank. I’m a good citizen and re-initiated my loan paperwork AGAIN, in good faith, as always intended. Josh Thurman was rude, insisting on text messaging me as his professional correspondence. He didn’t want to discuss my concerns by phone, and in when I suggested that we should meet in person to discuss my concerns, he told me he wouldn’t meet with me and would have me meet with someone else. In good faith I came in person to discuss and fulfill my end of the purchase (again), and met with a senior member of the staff. When I expressed concern about Josh’s behavior, I was told “that’s just his personality”. Unacceptable response. No apology was offered for the trouble, no gratitude was offered for my willingness to help them correct THEIR mistake. They clearly messed up, but we’re choosing to place the blame elsewhere. TLDR: buyer beware, the finance team have serious issues. Professionalism is lacking. More

I honestly can not rave enough about EchoPark. I could literally write a novel about my wonderful experience but I'll spare everyone! Online/chat customer service reps (Jesse, Natasha) were great to work with. Super responsive and they absolutely followed through on everything they said they would. Ashley in Finance was also great to work! Lastly, my dude George from Miami was an excellent sales rep, very professional and knowledgeable and he did his best to get us out of the door as expeditiously as possible! I don't purchase cars often but I will never go to a dealer again; I will gladly run to EchoPark! I can't get over the level of customer services, kind of reminds me of Chic-Fil-A in that regards! They go above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the great experience! Customer for life! More
