I only purchased my car there because the salesperson told me about Permaplate. He said "you can have them come every day if you want". Flat out lie. They are a warranty company and will only clean yo told me about Permaplate. He said "you can have them come every day if you want". Flat out lie. They are a warranty company and will only clean your car AFTER you have paid to have it cleaned and can prove it. If I wanted to spend the $180 having my car detailed, it wouldn't be the car I bought. No other dealership had something like this so I bought the car. Now I have a car I hate for years to come because I wanted to save on the detailing fees. Don't trust them. More

First time buying a vehicle myself and this has been the most AMAZING experience ever!! I’ve been to lots of dealers before and they were always pushy but not here. Dustin helped me out a lot. He went above and beyond helping me with my first purchase. My phone just so happened to be dying and I needed to get on the phone with insurance and he found me a charger right away. Honestly I felt appreciated here and was treated so great. I definitely recommend this EchoPark location and make sure you ask for Dustin he will get you fixed up! Someone should give him a raise!! More
