A Rough start that ended Pretty Great! I chose echo park because my godfather has purchased multiple cars through them and has good things to say (he's an extremely critical man). I started at the Thornton echo park but decided to do all my further dealings at this dealership in centennial for echo park because of the poor costumer service and friendliness in Thornton. Jerome, who appraised the f150 was very nice but that was about it. I had an appraisal the day before on an old f150, which I explained I would like to trade in at Thornton and look at cars in centennial as there was nothing to my liking in the north. I spoke with several managers and representatives for the enterprise over the phone the day before who said this was all fine and they'd be happy to do all that. My mother who owned the vehicle previously while I had been in college had to come from Firestone to sign it away the next morning in Thornton. When I got her there, no one was in masks to fight COVID, which I let go...Then it all started-what I was afraid of from a dealthership--They gave me an argument about one thing after another. First the agreed upon trade in deal (just didn't want to deal with it? who knows)! Then they didn't want to accept the f150 and told me to take it where I wanted to buy a car, and rudely pushed my paperwork back at me. Then they also insisted my mother who is 'older' drive down to centennial to sign the documents-when she explained she came from Firestone-a one hour drive-and was still working at home and needed to get back, the man actually looked at her and retorted "well the traffic is light, so." like?? then it was an argument about the registration, and the title and the loan rollover (which they wouldn't even have to deal with. It took me finally insist ing they find a way as I was promised the day before and make it work-accept the ford in Thornton and ill look at cars I want to actually look at in the south. They huffed and walked off, but came back- lo and behold it only took printing off 4 sheets of paper and my moms and my signature on their end. I hand carried the paper work to centennial and they didn't have to touch it again. Centennial really redeemed the experience. I got there and explained I was extremely discouraged about working with echo park. They were apologetic of the other site's behavior, super kind and polite showed me all the vehicles I wanted to see and let me test drive one on my own regarding COVID precautions. even sanitized it for me. I picked out a car and let him know it had a right pull I wanted checked and alignment fixed if needed-he agreed to have it fixed by them, no issues. He pushed the extra warranty really hard, which I wasn't sure about, but in the end Im thankful he did- He's right, an extra couple bucks a month never hurt for protection on a big purchase. No-one belittled me for not knowing a lot, they took ALL my paperwork that I handed them without a single issue and coincidentally had no issues with the trade in paperwork for the ford even though it was in Thornton and my mom was back to Firestone. Shocking what's possible when you actually want to help someone. Everything ran really smooth and they had it scrubbed down and cleaned nice when I drove it off the lot. My appointment was at 10am, I was seen on time, and the whole thing took 2 hours! I was driving off the lot at noon just in time for lunch! Id recommend echo park to anyone, but tell them to plan the morning in centennial, even if Thornton is closer. More

Great Customer Care from Beginning to End! Everyone was very helpful and kind when we looked for a vehicle. We bought a 2016 Honda CRV yesterday and are thrilled with it so far. They did a trade in and were fine with us taking it to get inspected by our mechanic. All went smoothly for us! It was helpful that I did a lot of research first so we were clear on what we wanted and for how much. Our vehicle was priced well! It is wise to schedule an appointment as they can get busy on the weekends. Each staffer was helpful and upbeat when we needed any questions answered. Nita was our sales assistant. David is a manager and explained how to take good care of protecting our vehicle. The place was clean and set up well to serve customers. I highly recommend this place! More
