When I went to go look at the car which I scheduled an appointment for the car had been moved to a different location. They had to bring the car back and when they did they brought it back damaged with a appointment for the car had been moved to a different location. They promised to put in a free work order to fix after I bought the car and never out in the work order. I called for two months with no retuned call until finally I went to the location to talk to someone about getting it fixed. Also when purchasing the car both I and my adviser told the dealer, "Griffin Hammond" not to add the service warranty to the car and it was added anyways.they charged me 3000 dollars for and I am now in the process of getting that fixed as well. All together they were unorganized, did not listen to instructions, and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to buy from the. It would actually be the exact opposite. More

I thought they were amazing…. Until I’ve tried to reach them since! I’ve sent multiple emails, and called having to leave my voice mail! Which all go in answered!
