Worst car buying experience I have had. The odometer didn't match the car fax which made me suspicious. We go to pick up the SUV late in evening and it wasn't washed on the interior or exterior and No gas. They were totally unprepared for the delivery of the vehicle. we drove the car home and the steering column made a significant noise. We took it to the VW dealer and they said they were glad we brought the car in because it shouldn't have been driven and it was very unsafe. As my wife mentioned in her survey the most frustrating thing is that we bought the car 5 weeks ago with cash and still NO title. Poor service on all accounts. This is what gives car dealerships its poor reputation. ZERO stars!!
