Great end to a long day! Go here first! After a long, hot day of car shopping, I was about ready to give up. I made one last stop at Echo Park on Arapahoe Road. I walked in to the lobby, unw After a long, hot day of car shopping, I was about ready to give up. I made one last stop at Echo Park on Arapahoe Road. I walked in to the lobby, unwilling to spend another hour wandering aimlessly through one more hot lot full of vehicles. It was busy - and I immediately assumed I was going to be left standing and waiting. In under a minute, I was greeted by a charming woman named Julie, who proceeded to listen to my long list of vehicle 'requirements' and the non-deal breaking 'preferences'. In spite of my probable hint of grumpiness from the toll of the day, she was cheerful, upbeat and genuinely intent on finding me everything I was requesting. And she did! Every single thing - from price to mileage and every single feature, must haves and 'wants'. Within 5 minutes, she found two vehicles, either of which would have been perfect, had them pulled up to the front near the lobby entrance so that I wouldn't have to go treking through the lot and was leading me outside to look at them. And the rest of the deal went just as smoothly. They gave me a great price on my trade-in, found me good financing, had the paperwork done in a snap (love the electronic documents - so fast) and I was driving home in my shiny new car with a big, happy smile in quick order. Julie was FANTASTIC throughout the entire process. She was efficient, multitasking through all the steps in the process so that as quick as we were done with one step, we moved right in to the next. I never felt like I had to sit and wait and wait. She was funny, comfortable, incredibly knowledgeable and informative without ever being pushy or pressuring me toward anything other than making my own informed decisions. Very likely when I am ready to upgrade again, I will go looking for her specifically at Echo Park. Thank you, Julie and the whole team there!
