We bought a 2016 Honda CRV yesterday and are thrilled with it so far. They did a trade in and were fine with us taking it to get inspected by our mechanic. All went smoothly for us! It was helpful that I did a lot of research first so we were clear on what we wanted and for how much. Our vehicle was priced well! It is wise to schedule an appointment as they can get busy on the weekends. Each staffer was helpful and upbeat when we needed any questions answered. Nita was our sales assistant. David is a manager and explained how to take good care of protecting our vehicle. The place was clean and set up well to serve customers. I highly recommend this place! More

Purchased a Subaru WRX. Pretty clean car. A bit rushed through purchase with salespeople. When we got home we noticed a squeak when the clutch pedal was out, and went away when pressed. Took the car to a through purchase with salespeople. When we got home we noticed a squeak when the clutch pedal was out, and went away when pressed. Took the car to a Subaru dealership still within the 1000mile/30day powertrain warranty and are being advised to replace the clutch for $2600. Echo Park customer service rep says he doesn’t believe the certified Subaru mechanics and wants me to bring the car to them, to look at, then take to a shop of my choice for the repair, but they won’t cover a clutch replacement. Very dissatisfied with this place. We did not expect this to happen to us. More
