Our biggest compliment goes to Bart Carr who served and helped us make the best decision. This is the second car we have bought from Bart who has shown to be very patient with all the questions we had (an helped us make the best decision. He kept going back and forth getting us cars to test drive as we tried to find the one that met our requirements. The only recommendation I have is that most of your cars only have one key fob...that is crazy! I was told by one of the admin/manager guys (not Bart) that Echo Park did a survey showing customers did not care. Somehow, I don't believe it as I am sure customer would rather have 2 versus 1 keys fobs. I'm sure it would be a lot cheaper for you to get a copy that it would for us to do it ourselves. I would have given you a 5 star if I did not feel that I was lied to with this survey thing! More
