Purchased a Subaru WRX. Pretty clean car. A bit rushed through purchase with salespeople. When we got home we noticed a squeak when the clutch pedal was out, and went away when pressed. Took the car to a through purchase with salespeople. When we got home we noticed a squeak when the clutch pedal was out, and went away when pressed. Took the car to a Subaru dealership still within the 1000mile/30day powertrain warranty and are being advised to replace the clutch for $2600. Echo Park customer service rep says he doesn’t believe the certified Subaru mechanics and wants me to bring the car to them, to look at, then take to a shop of my choice for the repair, but they won’t cover a clutch replacement. Very dissatisfied with this place. We did not expect this to happen to us. More

Great experience! I was super impressed with the selection of cars and they were all just like new. From start to finish they were great to work with. The store was super modern and the sales guy and I did all of the sales details on an iPad. Never had to go to the finance dept because everything was handled directly with the sales guy.
