I'm a 19 year old, first time car buyer, that experienced a really tough time purchashing a car. No one would finance me because of this, but Carbiz did! I was referred to Myron Boyd by a close business friend, and Mr. Boyd completely understood what I was going through. He made sure he and his team worked on the strength of their abilities to make sure that someone would finance me. The fact that I'm young with no credit or stability, they stayed at the dealership with me to about 10 p.m, two days in a row, while I tried my best to find a co-signer, family member, or friend, that would help me through this tough time! I went through so many emotions from intensity, curiousity, nervousness, and even unbearable crying outside of the dealership, because thought it was going to be another "No" for me, but I had faith in them, and they definitely got a bank to say "Yes". I was so happy and excited, I appreciate them so much for helping me! They got me a 2010 Chevy Cobalt, not really what I wanted, but I'm grateful for what I got because it's a car, and it's affordable. I couldn't stop thanking tthem enough, because even though the experience was tough, it was an extremely wonderful one! Yes, I would definitely recommend this dealership to any and everyone! More

While searching for a pre-owned luxury car I came across car biz via the web. The selection was excellent in the particular models I was seeking so even though it was a drive, I contacted the dealership and car biz via the web. I reviewed several vehicles bu settled on a one owner Mercedes Benz and could not be more pleased. The car had just arrived in inventory and had a few things needing attention. I took the car in on a Tuesday after my purchase, received a loaner car and pic Caked mine up the next day. No hassles, great cars and selection, and.i found the pricing to be very fair. I was extremely satisfied and elated with my Carbiz experience. My sales representative Miro was professional and knowledgeable in the specifications of the vehicles that caught my attention. Miro kept me abreast of everything from the type of teas they have to ensuring I had the most comfortable position in my vehicle with a full tank of gas before leaving the dealership. He even challenged that he could locate a lower interest rate than my credit union and he won! Not only did I find the perfect vehicle, I have an interest rate lower than 4%... Even after my purchase, Colin from service and Brian S. checked and repaired a car issue expeditiously and brought me a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced while my car was serviced.
