Ray Allen is the absolute best. 3 years ago I bought a Cadillac SRX from Ray and the experience was excellent. He went above an beyond my expectations. I gave the ratings i did because although I had an overall good expirience with carbiz, I had to change choice in cars because there was a few POP up problems with the first vehicle. This was my first experience with Carbiz. I saw a commercial with Ray Rice and I found them on the internet when I was searching for the car that I wanted. Everyone there was very helpful and seemed to actually care about what they did. My salesperson Matthew Pollock was awesome! He listened to what I wanted and he was very patient with us throughout the process. The car I got had some minor things that required me to bring it back in to get touched up and Matt made that process very painless. They set me up with a loaner vehicle so that I could get to work and when I came to pick it up everything was good to go. I will be referring any of my family/friends to Carbiz in the future. I was thoroughly pleased with the entire process. I will be honest, I was skeptical of the dealership because I had no knowledge of them. From my experience with them, I have nothing negative to say!
