I came in unsure of what type of vehicle I wanted but they had so many options, I was sure to leave with team I worked with at Carbiz this past week. I ended up with a beautiful 2009 Acura TL and they made this deal so easy that this is the first time I can actually say I enjoyed the car buying process. There were things about the car that I wanted done, that isn't normally included but Brian, Vitaly, and Javier went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. One bonus was I actually got to meet Ravens "Ray Rice". First was the overall attitude of the employees. Typically we've experienced the hard sell from dealers, be it from being constantly berated about how much of a "deal" we're getting to tricks such a Typically we've experienced the hard sell from dealers, be it from being constantly berated about how much of a "deal" we're getting to tricks such as "let me talk to my boss" or having the "boss" appear out of no where and continue the pitch. Others quietly leave out details that may be important for your consideration. Never got the hard sell from Matt, and he gave us all the time in the world to debate/decide what we wanted to do. When we had questions, he answered them, and if he didn't know the answer, he told us so and then did his best to get the answer, instead of making something up like most salesmen would have. As we discovered that the vehicle we wanted was missing some items, like a spare key and remote for a DVD system, Matt immediately and without hesitation stated that he would order them for us - he even is going to track down an owner's manual. Matt was very up front about pricing, and Myron was great on the finance side. Both worked hard to get us a deal that was fair to BOTH sides for the car we purchased. We are not used to that approach from dealers. Overall, a great experience for us and definitely worth the trip to Baltimore. More

I give Carbiz a perfect rating because my experience at Carbiz by far has been the best I have ever received anywhere. I saw a car on their website and made the call. He was not pushy or insistent, he simply was professional and above all else very kind and patient. My husband and I are not easy customers to please and I of course found many issues with the vehicle. (Mostly aesthetic) Javier made a list of all the repairs that needed to be done and also worked with me to make the deal on the vehicle. The vehicle was eventually brought to my home with the repairs completed. He followed up with a phone call and provided additional services like getting new car mats and an owner's manual for me. I am beyond pleased with Javier and Carbiz. I am confident that I will return to make future car purchases with Carbiz. More

We saw a Saturn Outlook at Carbiz for sale and decided to drive from Lititz Pennsylvania to Baltimore to check it out. It was defiantly worth the drive! The price for the car was the best we have seen anywhere. It had low miles and was in great condition. I loved the fact that they are pet friendly and had a little poodle there. I work at an animal shelter and it warmed my heart to see that. Myron was upbeat and a very pleasant person to deal with. Any questions we had, he knew the answers without hesitating. I have told everyone that I got my vehicle from Carbiz and I will defiantly go back there in the future! More
