For me Carbiz was an easy choice. My mother bought her Lincoln Navigator from there about a year ago and really loves it. I started at 3 other used car lots and found every other car to be expensive and dirty (inside and out). After parking at Carbiz in my mother's car, Fred was there immediately and remembered my family. I looked at 2 cars before finding the right one and bought it. The customer service was wonderful, Fred patiently listened all my list of wants in a car and found one that fit all of them. The price for the car was okay, I felt comfortable making the decision.
