Eau Claire Nissan - Service Center

Nice dealership but I took my Nissan in for a recall which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. I was told at check in it would take 6-7 hours due they were missing a which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. Ended up having to drive all the way back to Eau Claire the next day. Not fun. More

After 2 visits with Nissan, I am pleased with the communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable d communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. Girl on the was not very knowledgeable. Had several conversations with her and didn’t remember previous conversations. I needed new key fob and had to pay full price for a new one that was Had several conversations with her and didn’t remember previous conversations. Didn’t clarify how bad the issue was. Took it to a local shop and had them inspect and repair for a fraction of the cost. I dont think Ill be back to this dealer ever.
