It literally took them 30 minutes to replace the element but they billed me $373.89 in labor.....that's correct...$373.89 for 30 minutes of labor. I am beyond angry. They say it's because they use some system that rates how long a job should take and this was supposed to take 2.5 hours. What in Gods name could that guy have done to do the job 5 times faster than the rest of the mechanics? This is simply stealing money...pure and simple. I will never go back to EC Ford for anything. I actually bought the car there...never again for anything. More

Eau Claire Ford had an excellent teamwork environment I felt was very cohesive, when someone didn't know the answer or I ended up in the wrong department they gladly took the time to find out the informati felt was very cohesive, when someone didn't know the answer or I ended up in the wrong department they gladly took the time to find out the information or direct me to the right one. I took a chance on an older vehicle with very low miles, and everyone was exceptionally willing to work with me throughout the process that still carried a warranty for work they did to correct any issues with the vehicle before they put it on the market. They were very responsive to all my questions and issues, and were respectful and patient with a most unusual issue that came up outside the warranty that implications of it fell under the purview of the original issue, and ended amicably with everyone satisfied, and want to extend a special thank you to Matt Ferrin. I don't regret making the purchase, and can honestly say I recommend Eau Claire Ford based on every experience I had from the beginning to the end, though I'd like to say our relationship isn't over yet even though I'm in Minnesota and they're in Wisconsin and a 2+ hour drive away. worst experience ever buying a new vehicle. horrible customer service. lied to by Eric Foster about getting problems resolved. I was called names by Manager Ben Lindberg and then told they woul horrible customer service. lied to by Eric Foster about getting problems resolved. I was called names by Manager Ben Lindberg and then told they would have no more contact with me. Obviously the owner doesnt know about these unprofessional employees. Stay away! Ford motor company isn't any better at getting issues resolved. Still, no excuse. Has now been 10 1/2 months. Very poor dealership. they would rather pay lawyers in litigation than fix their customers problems. Really sad. Yet they still have excuses for everything. Blame anyone and accept no responsibility or come up with a solution to fix a problem. would like to resolve with the owner but obviously he doesnt care. More

I had a very disappointing experience with EC Ford on 01/05/2024 and 01/06/2024. I received very, very poor customer service from two service associates: Kevin (when i dropped my truck off) and Joe (who 01/05/2024 and 01/06/2024. I received very, very poor customer service from two service associates: Kevin (when i dropped my truck off) and Joe (who called me the following day). When I approached the manager, Benjamin, about my experience, he was dismissive and treated me like I was the cause of the problem. There was no apology and zero acknowledgement of my feelings or my side of the exchanges between me and the service associates. I was made to feel as if I wasn't supposed to have asked questions about my truck and what they were going to do or what could be done. One of my questions was just to know the name of the technician who'd be working on my truck. All three of them made a big deal about never receiving that question before and grilled me about why I wanted to know the tech's name. My reason was simple. I jusy wanted to know. This is hardly fulfilling part of their claimed Mission on their website of "We will constantly strive to meet the changing needs of our customers." So what of I asked a question they personally hadn't received before. I could have just been given the answer. Instead, they got combative. When Joe called me that my truck was ready, I had a few questions that Joe wouldn't let me finish. He continuously spoke over me to the point I finally had to say "If I could speak now." I heard him say, under his breath, an annoyed "Oh my god." I stated "I heard that." He said that he didn't care and he'd say it directly to me. I simply stated I would bring it to Benjamin's attention later. The call ended very quickly after that with me just confirming what time they closed. This experience was only made further disappointing by the fact that I received excellent customer service when I purchased my truck and when I took it in a couple years ago for two small recalls. Apparently, with different management of the dealership, the customer is not at all appreciated or respected. They hardly attempted to fulfill their claimed Mission of "It is our mission to exceed our customers and employees expectations and maintain their loyalty for a lifetime." or their claimed Core Value of "The Value of Dedication to Excellence: We believe there is no place for mediocrity and half-hearted efforts. We accept personal responsibility for overcoming obstacles and being the very best." Disappointing to say, they clearly do not value or care to fulfill their claimed Mission or Core Values at all anymore. I'm glad there are several other Ford dealerships near, so the next time I need to go to a dealership, I won't have to return to EC Ford. More
