Poor service! Had my wife take in 09 mkz for routine inspection tech broke the inside door handle on the driver side DOS 12.27.22, we had some other repairs that Had my wife take in 09 mkz for routine inspection tech broke the inside door handle on the driver side DOS 12.27.22, we had some other repairs that were brought up that needed to be completed at the dealer but also told that we would have to pay $163 for the door handle that they broke! There wasn’t even an effort to say that they didn’t break it. If you looked at the security cameras you could see that my wife got out of the car with no issues. I called the service department and spoke with Dave who tried to explain that it is a common part to break on cars and that it wasn’t their problem to fix. I tried to explain that they needed to fix it since they broke it. We had no issues prior with the door handle but all was to no avail. He did reach out to his manager Joe who offered to replace the handle waiving the service charge if I payed for the part. But the part was going to cost over $80 for a door handle. I am not happy with the service that I had from this dep and have a hard time recommending them to others. It’s insane that it’s some how my fault that they broke my car door handle and that I have to be the one to pay for it. More
Late spring my wife and i purchased a 2015 F150. Within the first week of owning the vehicle the check engine came on. Ended up having to replace the coils and plugs. I believe in giving people and companies the benefit of doubt so when we were in the market for a van we went back to give them another shot. Absolutely the worst decision we could have made. We have owned the 2017 pacifica for about a month now and it has been in the shop going on 4 times for a check engine light that has been on since our drive home from signing the papers. After the third time of it being looked at and not being fixed i called in hopes they would just purchase the vehicle back because of the problems and them not being able to fix them. I was basically told it was my fault for buying a 5 year old vehicle and they would not take it back because it was past 14 days. Instead Matt told me he would consider taking it in on trade for another vehicle but would not give me enough to pay off the loan. When telling him that is unacceptable and to just fix the van then, I was told he would reach out to service about the next steps and he would text me after doing so. Two days later and i still have not received a text or call. Will NEVER be returning to this place. More

EC Ford Quick Lane has done our service on Lincoln since we owned car. Today went for a oil change and told it would be hour and half. Said no thanks and went elsewhere. Upon completing oil change was told 2 bolts were missing from underbody access panel. Thought that was strange so went to Quick Lane for remedy. She stated she wouldn’t replace them since I drove off last time? Claimed there suppose to fall out with impact. Funny thing no damage to cover, just missing 2 bolts. In the past they’ve be called out on cabin air filter with smashing filter into place and not attaching screws for cover. Manager in my opinion should be terminated and would be if I owned it! A smart mouth and flakey smile doesn’t fix cars. Train your people- ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Will never do business with or recommend them to anyone. More

I have bought two trucks now from Eau Claire Ford. Both times have been great with no pressures to buy and no pressure from the sales team. This last time I bought a USED 2016 F150 and on the way home afte times have been great with no pressures to buy and no pressure from the sales team. This last time I bought a USED 2016 F150 and on the way home after buying, it overheated. I drove it back, they gave me a car to use so I could get back home. They fixed the overheating issue and drove an hour to deliver the truck to me the next day. They treated me very well and didnt BS me when issues came about. I got a new water pump and a new hose installed. Keep in mind tjis is a used truck with no warrenty. They stood behind the truck and me as a customer and didn't charge me a penny. I will be going back to them for my next vehicle when that time comes. Dylan More
I went in for a general diagnosis and had "$4,900" in issues they wanted to fix on my vehicle. I told them I wanted another opinion and took it took a local mechanic shop and they fixed my two "major iss issues they wanted to fix on my vehicle. I told them I wanted another opinion and took it took a local mechanic shop and they fixed my two "major issues" for $40 dollars. This is the second time Eau Claire Ford has done this to me. I actually told them that another mechanic shop fixed my issues for basically nothing and the first question they had was, "what was the name of the local shop?"I did not give them that information. People, stay away from their service department and take your vehicle to a local shop that actually aren't trying to drain your wallet and take advantage from people. STAY AWAY! More
I bought a 2020 F150 from Eau Claire ford back in May. After taking delivery, I discovered my salesman "dragon" had outright lied to me about 2 things. First lie was that my truck had the 36 gallon gas tank. After a couple weeks of ownership and not driving it very much, I discovered it was only 23 gallons. 2nd lie was that ford didn't make a crew cab with a 6.5 ft box(long box). A coworker showed up at work one day with a crew cab long box. He then showed me Ford's spec sheet on their website that lists the crew cab long box. I called "dragon" and he said I could buy some kind of a bed extender. No thanks dragon. I'll be buying my vehicles somewhere else in the future. More

I then asked to check the transmission fluid . they replied they don't check transmission levels. they said no. you have to go to full service to check transmission levels. it is checked with a dipstick. to check all the fluids oil, transmission I HAVE TO GO TO TO DOOR 2. it said on the description of full service the tech checks all fluid level. I been with Eau Claire Ford service for 15 years. they said maybe next time. so i guess i need o make 2 appt. get an oil change in door 1 and check all fluid at door 2. maybe I can find someone that can do everything at once.
