Contact Mr. Kelly to register complaint on poor customer service received today in the service department, Mr. Kelly showed no consideration for the customer. He was very blunt at one time I thought that he had hung up the phone because he wasn't saying anything. I use this location because it is in my area, and I should not have totravel a distant for good customer service. I even informed him that I was going to register my complaint, and act as if he didn't even care. This is unacceptable. More

From the Manager in service Mr. Kelley on down customer service is a joke. Obviously their is no training or common sense in Customer Service. Both of my incidents 1- Iwas ripped of from an oil change and ended with a bill of 289.99 for services and parts that were working. 2nd Even with a warranty they manage to scam and rip you off with parts and labor that are not needed and cost me with an extended 1,000 dollars for ripoff service. An ignition wire xxx,coils and boots ,filter assembleys all should be warrantied or partially. they always find any way around warranties to make money for the dealer. This practice has no purpose to take care of customers only profit. For a community dealership that has no loyalty , trust and reliability this dealer should be closed!! More
From the phone not being answered when calling the service department during business hours to standing around waiting for help when bringing my car in for service this dealership has the worst custom service department during business hours to standing around waiting for help when bringing my car in for service this dealership has the worst customer service. On at least 4 occasions i have recieved terrible service and havent been to dealership more then 5 times. On one occasion was charged for work that was under warranty and was told that it would take alot to correct it. Never again will I take my car here or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
I had purchased a new Lincoln Navigator from East West that went ok. My problem is the service department is the worst I have ever seen. They lost parts off of my truck and lied about them.
