He offered great information about the benefits of leasing that made me more confident that we had made the decision to lease for all of the right reasons. When it came to selecting the right model, Gil was very patient and understanding of our process that involved comparing cars from different dealers. He was always available to answer questions and was happy to let us test drive several models on repeat visits. I never got the sense that he wanted us to pick a certain model and never felt rushed. He knew the features of the car we wanted very well. Once the purchase was made, I was impressed with the time he spent explaining all of the features and helping us set up our cell phones and program the seats. The technology in these cars can be intimidating, but thanks to Gil's help we are enjoying all of the bells and whistles that we paid for. I highly recommend his service. More
The task of buying a new car was always the responsibility of my deceased husband, so therefore, this was not an activity that I was ready to undertake alone. To my surprise and astonishment, responsibility of my deceased husband, so therefore, this was not an activity that I was ready to undertake alone. To my surprise and astonishment, your sales associate Gil Colwell, made the experience of buying a new car quite pleasurable. He made himself available to answer all of my crazy “what if” car questions during and after the sale. I felt very comfortable with Gil because of his integrity, honesty, and knowledge that came forward during the car purchasing process. More

I went to East West Lincoln after my dealer in Annapolis closed, very poor service in the past few visits. They were always trying to sell me things that i dont think i needed. I dropped my Lincoln off for closed, very poor service in the past few visits. They were always trying to sell me things that i dont think i needed. I dropped my Lincoln off for a check up of a noise and an oil change. I recieved a call a couple hours later from Mr. Kelley. He explained to me that I need to replace a wheel bearring in the front of my vehicle(something that the dealer in Annapolis had looked a two times). I asked him if he was sure of the fix and he simply said "yes, I am sure". A big difference from the ho hum responces I had gotten from the other dealer. I am glad I found these guys. I will be back for my next service. More

I own a Toyota Camry with low miles. I was recently in front end collision, and knew there was significant damage. The first call I made was to East West Lincoln Mercury in Lanham. I've had previous work front end collision, and knew there was significant damage. The first call I made was to East West Lincoln Mercury in Lanham. I've had previous work done on my vehicle, and found their cleaniness of their shop, the professionalism of their employees, and the overall atmosphere to be above be far above anything I've experienced before when having my car serviced. On the day of the accident, they were able to take my car in, open my file, and get me in a rental car, and out the door, ALL in less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable!! DJ worked with my insurance company, they were able to repair my car, and handle getting paid diectly. Mandy kept me in the loop with updates as to when the car would be ready. They took what could have been a very frustrating situation, and made it seem almost effortless. I am very pleased with the high quality of workmanship, and the professional manner in which everything was handled. My Toyota has a recall of sorts that still has to be addressed. I dread going back to the Toyota dealership. I've looked at the new Lincoln MKZs, and they've definitely peaked my interest. I would highly recommend this dealership for all levels of service, or the purchase of a new or used vehicle. More
I went in to this dealership for an oil change and filter at 8 am 8-1-2011. When I first got there they were sitting around and not moving cars. After 30 min I was finally seen. I was told I hope you are at 8 am 8-1-2011. When I first got there they were sitting around and not moving cars. After 30 min I was finally seen. I was told I hope you are not in a hurry. So I asked for a ride to the metro. That took one hour. I asked Mr. Turner how long it would be before my car would be ready and he said "around 12 noon". I called the shop as 12 noon and phone just rang. So I got a ride from a co-worker and drop in on them. I asked the cashier if my car was ready and she told me they are washing it now. So I sat in the service waiting area for about 30 min. Then I went back to the cashier and asked where my car is? It does not take 30 min. to wash a car. She said "they are at lunch now." I told her forget the carwash get my car up here now. After paying for an oil change and the cahier handing me my keys, I notice my key fob cover was missing. I asked what happened to it and I was told it was in the console. So I looked and it was not there. I was told some one would look for it. They pretend to look for but did not find it. I told them it is not something that would fall off. The service advisor lot attendant and service manager tried to act as if they had never seen it. Then I spoke to the owner ( Vincent Transatti) of the stealership who showed a so what attitude and told me to stop saying someone stole it. If I came in with it, then where is it? To resolve it the service Manager told me he would credit me $22.00 for the next time I came in. I said are you kidding me, I am going to pay you to steal from me. No way in xxxx will I go back to that stealership? Ford should pull the name off the Building. I will now go further out for better customer service. At least things are better; I only stopped there because it was close to my job. Never again, will I go there. If they stole that, then what else are they stealing at the East West Lincoln Mercury? People beware. I had to check everything in my car before leaving. More
Worst experience I have ever had! I purchased a Navigator and took it in for servicing after I was in an accident. They fixed the outside of the vehicle but DID NOT do any work on the internal damage that was caused. They claimed that they "fixed" the brakes and other issues, yet as soon as I left the dealership, I was not able to stop my car! After I called and let them know that I would be bringing my car back to the shop in order to have them fix it properly, they told me that I could bring it but that they did not have a loaner car to give me. To quote Michael, they said that they "don't do that." What type of BS response is that? Someone spends 50K on a car and cannot get a loaner? When I yelled and screamed, suddenly they placed me onto a loaner car list (I was number 55) and I was told to bring my car back when they called to tell me I could get a loaner car. Seriously? Drive the car--the one without working brakes--until they can give me a car...wow. They want money, and lots of it. In the past, they have kept my car for weeks only to return it to me with a high bill and more problems. I spent nearly three hours in the service department waiting on answers to the many problems I was having. Of course nobody could answer me. I then went to Annapolis to get my car serviced, which is very far to drive, and had no problems. They were nice, efficient, and gave me a loaner car without a problem. I cannot believe that East-West Lincoln Mercury is still in business. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! More
