Instead of recommended 38 psi on my Chevy Bolt, they were 35,35,32,33, according to the sensors just after I left. When I was filling them properly at home I found a valve cap missing. I sat with him and ordered a 2024 2500 HD and he was very patient even after I added and changed options on the order several times. Carlos spent the extra time with me to make sure I got everything I wanted on the ordered truck. He is such a pleasure to work with. West Herr is very fortunate to have a sales person with his experience, great personality and demeanor. Carlos was even able to get the service dept. to do a NY state vehicle inspection that was due in February. The rest of the staff at the dealership were very courteous and very helpful. The service Dept Rep Ashley went well above and beyond to get my vehicle in today for a NY state inspection. That is true customer service that I greatly appreciated because it saved me from having to make another trip to the dealership at a later time to have the inspection completed. The customer waiting area and customer bathrooms were modern, updated, and clean. Thanks for a great experience. More
