I am filing this review regarding my experience with Bob Johnson Chevrolet Buick in Pulaski, New York. Over the years, I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership because I believed they were a reputable business that valued honesty and customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed that opinion. I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse in good faith, believing I was buying a vehicle with an accurate and properly disclosed odometer history. Years later, when I attempted to trade the vehicle, I learned it had an odometer discrepancy/rollback flag on the car fax, which has significantly reduced its value and made it difficult to trade or sell. I was never informed of this issue during the sale, and was not provided an odometer disclosure documenting the discrepancy. Had this information been disclosed, I would not have purchased the vehicle. After discovering the issue, I sent a formal demand letter to Bob Johnson Chevrolet Buick with supporting documentation, giving the dealership an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. Despite providing a reasonable deadline, I received no response at all. As a longtime customer who has purchased four vehicles from this dealership, I found the complete lack of communication especially disappointing. I expected much better from a dealership I had trusted for years. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or attempting to resolve the situation, they chose not to respond. I will now be taking other avenues to resolve this matter.

Ben Reynolds provided the absolute best car purchase experience; my wife and I had in 30 years! He was authentic &hones, versus the typical attributes associated with a used car salesman! He answered all my and wife questions. In the end we purchased a 2026 Rouge; after reviewing several used SUVs. He managed all the sales details at Maguire's Nissian dealership. He contacted us the day after the sale to see if we had any issues! When is the last time car salesman follow-ups the day after a sale! I would purchase a care from Maquire again!

Stay far from this place be lucky if they can do oil change right 75 bucks for that and con u and miss lead u all around went in and told them had wear on both tires in rear did all test because was in accident befor i bought truck from dealer in syracuse that lied about car fax they were right about the accident on car fax but steve went and told my warranty place like i was in accident so funny the tires i have don't have any wear on befor new ones so accident before had nothing to do with wear on new tires so never trust them make sure u bring lube for this place is full of con crap dont ever trust this place ever $528.00 for xxxx work or shady work & lies on top of lies!! want to thank u for teaching me to never do business with ur place ever i will be turning u into better business bureau its one thing to screw u over then do things like this con man steve! Stay away from this dealership.I Havana 2025 Buick Enclave that is a great vehicle and sales person was great, the dealership however is a different story. The status of the vehicle was showing 18 per cent left on the front brakes. Davidson’s wanted $300.00 for new pads but the guy I hired to check them got the pads force less than a third of that. When he pulled the wheels tgr brake pads looked like new, he said the status on the dash needed to be updated but he said the dealer would have to do it. I called Davidsons and they were going to charge me a diognostic fee when it only had 19000 miles on it. I won’t ever buy another vehicle from them.
