My wife's Equinox was in for some rust repairs at the body shop. The technician found that there was rust through on both front fenders. The vehicle was still under the corrosion warrenty & GM replaced b body shop. The technician found that there was rust through on both front fenders. The vehicle was still under the corrosion warrenty & GM replaced both fenders at no cost to us. From the time we dropped off her vehicle until we picked it back up, the employees were extremely friendly, welcoming & professional, especially Paul who kept us updated on how the repairs were going. They did an excellent job on all of the repairs & the vehicle looked brand new. We highly recommend the body shop at East Syracuse Chevy & all of the employees that work there. A truly wonderful experience. & we would definitely use the body shop again for any repairs. More
