My past experiences with dealerships have been OK. But salesmen are a dime a dozen. Holly is someone who really cares for the Subaru brand and has knowledge of it as well. I dont like dealing with people over the phone, so we would email multiple times a day, and she would get back to me right away. She gave me honest answers to my various questions regarding the price, and features of the car and its various trims. Overall, a very good experience with Donaldsons and Holly. I highly recommend them. Its rare that I have the patience to write a review, but my experience with them made this worth my time. Thanks again. More

It was a fact finding mission with no intention to make a deal yet... This is the first time we met Greg Giordano... He took the time to answer all of our questions and quite frankly, we had a very pleasant conversation... It wasn't until a few months passed that we returned to Donaldsons... Just simply by chance we were passing by and decide to drop in.. We did not have an appointment... No longer then a few minutes had gone by when Greg came over and greeted us... He was in the middle of a delivery and had another appointment there waiting for him... We had decided to hang out because at this time we were ready to make a purchase... Greg was bouncing from room to room, and area to area in his attempt to be at two places at the same time... He passed by us frequently to apologize for his delay... Greg did not know that we were there to make a deal yet, he just remembered us from a few months ago... When we finally sat down together, he was able to find us the perfect vehicle... We finally picked up our Subaru Crosstrek this morning... Greg took his time to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our decision... He answered every question and concern of my wife and I... Greg is knowledgable, courteous, polite and pleasant...
