This store was fabulous. I decided on the car I wanted. I called and spoke to Gene, the general manager, who gave me a great price over the phone. No haggle. Excellent price. I told him I wanted the car. He told me what documents he needed, plus he texted me a credit app. I completed the credit app, secured the documents and insurance and my wife and I went there at 3. Paul showed my wife the car and set up her Bluetooth and the Subaru app. Darlene handled the finance paperwork like a pro. We drove off in our new Outback at 4. My wife and I picked up a new 2026 Subaru Forrester yesterday and we couldn’t be happier. Nico and Branden made the day go very smooth. We went in and out in a matter of time answer all our questions very helpful and we also like that, thanks Howard, who took care of the financing part of the deal all in all it was a great experience. This is our third Subaru and was so happy to be part of the Subaru family. I was to give a rating of 1 to 10 they would get an 11 that’s how good they are. We recommend them very highly and we look forward to seeing them in the fuchsia. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we love our new Forrester couldn’t be happier.

As long-time vehicle owners, my husband and I were instantly impressed with the attentiveness and attention to detail demonstrated by Sales Associate Paul Perrotta when we initially stopped by to explore possible lease options at the Grand Prix Subaru dealership in Hicksville over Labor Day weekend. Although we weren't quite ready yet to sign a lease during that first visit, Paul patiently listened to what we desired in a vehicle, expertly shared his product knowledge with us, and worked hard to outline possible options for a lease deal that would fit our budget. He also gave us a tour of the well-appointed service department and the dealership, and took us on a test drive of a Subaru Crosstrek. Paul's professionalism, excellent communication skills and his non-pushy sales approach prompted us to return (without hesitation) to Grand Prix Subuaru a few weeks later to sign a lease deal. We also are grateful for the time and patience Business Manager Jose Pineda took to explain all the fine details involved with leasing a vehicle as it was a new concept to us. From start to finish, it was quite evident how hard Paul and Jose work to ensure their customers are satisfied.

My name is Geri the first time I went to Empire Subaru Huntington. I was in desperate need of honesty. I bought a 2010 Subaru Impreza I needed service and I had been given a runaround so I decided to go to the sauce which is empire Subaru because they would know my car best and I met Sal. He was an absolute treasure honesty and good work and a friendship from my meeting with him. They have been servicing my car for a few years. The fact that it is 16 years old with 171 thousand + miles it was having some issues so I brought it in on October.6 for service while I was waiting for an estimate on what the repairs would be on my car which has 171,000 miles on it. A very friendly and sincere looking man came over to me. His name was Tim and I told him about my experiences so far with his Subaru. He asked me if I would be interested in seeing a new car my reaction instantly was absolutely not. I have no credit and I have not had a credit card in 20 years. By the way my age is well over 75. And that was it. Not long after they came in with the estimate on my repairs they off the chart for for me and the age of the car would only mean that they would get worse. This time went into the showroom to think about the repairs. Tim came over and once again asked me about the car. It did seem more real now that the repairs on this old girl was getting tough. So Tim and I started to talk real about purchasing a new Subaru and he came up with all different ways for me to help put me in this car. His words exactly were you need to be safe and the car your driving is not any longer because of it’s age and mileage etc. Not long after meeting Tim I met Kevin Kevin is Tim‘s manager. He came up with more choices and the idea of having a new Subaru with getting almost like reality to me and they presented me with deals. That one was better than the other helping me to get financing credit and putting me in a new car that they were speaking about the next person I meet is the general manager Sam absolutely delightful. Everyone I met was just as nice and caring as the first and the last person I met with finance and that is Nevin. These four men were so helpful. And caring and I was amazed every time I spoke with them and the list was a choice between leasing and buying because of my age I thought buying became better because leasing every three years the deals change the down payments change, which is great, but not much changes in my life so I’m remaining the same. So they all came up with the answer to me driving almost a brand new car and they bought a 2026 Hyundai Tucson. It is absolutely beautiful. It’s perfect. It’s only three years old. I can afford it. Everything was just perfect. I love it and I love those men. They made it possible for me. I love Empire Subaru. The staff is unmatchable by anyone as far as buying a car, they will go above and beyond to help you believe me I know thank you guys. Love you.
