Disaponted Having purchased 3 Subaru's from this dealer I was hoping to avoid all the negative stereotypes associated with purchasing a new car. I scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday, knew exactly the car I wanted - spent less than a half and hour a completed the purchase. Was satisfied with the cost and financing which was .9% for 48 months. Payment $560 a month. Scheduled a pick up Wed. morning. Went thru the car with my salesperson Holly. Then went to to business manager. The contract had a payment of $572 per month. A $1100 extended warranty was now included. This is what I wanted to avoid. No mention prior of an extended warranty was presented to me. Maybe if it was I would of agreed to it. But no it was assumed I would pay for it. I know this is a profit enhancement for the dealer,as a business owner and CPA I know about margin enhancement. Also my rate was now 0% so my payment should of been about $15 less per month, but now I am presented with a payment of $12 more a month. The $1100 is not going to change my life an in retrospect I should of not accepted it from your "Margin Enhancement Manger", But my approach in 35 years of business is that when I feel I have been taken advantage of, my displeasure is communicated by no longer doing business with that establishment and communicating it with people I know. This is the approach I will take with your establishment. Check my history with Donaldson, both sales and service. Hard to find a better customer. Your salesperson never made an easier sale. Your dealership would have a few more from me in the future. You did receive some short term gain today, but in the long run you lost more than you gained. You should identify your customer, I am educated and didn't need to be sold, I just wanted to be treated openly and with respect you would have gained much more. Nicholas Aversano More

Hassle free I spent three weeks shopping around prior to this visit. I expected the same type of treatment as the other sales people gave me. Manager was able to lower the price as well and it took 30 seconds. More

A friend of mine recommended Howard when I told him that I would not go back to a local Subaru dealer. I was looking to purchase a 2018 Legacy for my wife. I spoke to Howard over the phone, agreed to a purchase price, left a deposit and set up an appointment. My trade in went incredibly smoothly as well, a very fair offer was made right off the bat. A true gentleman I had a great first experience with Donaldsons when I purchased a Subaru Forester for my wife last August. Naturally when it came time for me to buy a I had a great first experience with Donaldsons when I purchased a Subaru Forester for my wife last August. Naturally when it came time for me to buy a new vehicle I headed back to Donaldsons to test drive a Subaru Outback. On the day of my appointment my Sales Consultant, Greg Giordano, unfortunately did not feel well and was not at the dealership. Normally that would mean oh sorry since you made the appointment with Greg you have to reschedule. This was not the case. I was introduced to Dave Clark who was more than happy to do the test drive with me in the rain! Dave explained all the features about the Outback and he informed me that he owns one himself. It was a very positive experience. A few days later I had my meeting with Greg. He is not only an excellent Sales Consultant but he is also a true gentleman. He knows how to treat a customer. Dealing with him was such a pleasure. I was not in a rush so I ordered my Outback. A 3.6r Touring model. From start to finish Greg kept me updated on the status of the car. The car actually arrived earlier then the time frame he quoted. Just in time for my birthday! On the day of delivery I first met with Robert in Finance. Robert is a true professional who really loves his job. He explained all of the paperwork to me regarding finance options and extended warranties. He did not give me the hard sales pitch. I appreciated that very much. It was then time for me to have Greg show me everything about my new Outback. Greg really knows the Subaru product line inside and out. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a new Subaru. I left knowing everything about the Outback and all of its features. I really love my new Subaru Outback Touring 3.6r! Thanks so much to everyone at Donaldsons including Holly Clark who was the sales consultant when I purchased my wife's Forester. She was a true professional then as well. She was out on maternity leave when I was ready to buy. It is because of her and my first time overall treatment at Donaldsons that I am now a happy Subaru Outback owner! I checked out several other makes and models and then went to Subaru, where I was lucky to meet Holly Clark. She is very easy to work with and really knows her "products". Any question I had on the model I was interested in...the Crosstrek, was answered immediately. There was no pressure and the price was right. I felt very comfortable and confident purchasing my brand new Crosstrek from her. Holly also took her time explaining all the new tech in my new car. I drove away happy, excited and pleased with the whole experience. More
