Honest, fair, and trustworthy Buying from Donaldson Subaru is a refreshingly pleasant experience in a usually stressful and predatory market. My sales representative from Donaldso Buying from Donaldson Subaru is a refreshingly pleasant experience in a usually stressful and predatory market. My sales representative from Donaldson was Zaak Fox. He was both helpful and true to his word. After giving me a price for the Subaru Impreza I eventually ended up leasing, he enthusiastically informed me that it was totally fine to shop around a bit more to find the best price for me. This is the polar opposite of the experience I had at other dealerships. Salesmen at other dealerships were untrustworthy, and tried pulling every trick in the book in order to get me to buy then and there. They aggressively pressured me, tried changing around the price on me, and were clearly not interested what was best for me as the customer and would do anything they could to secure the sale. When I got around to making the decision to buy, I informed Zaak over the phone the best price I had received, and he told me he could beat the price. When I came to sign, he was true to his word and I got the price he gave over the phone with no hassle. The car is great and my experience at this dealer is unmatched by the three other dealerships I shopped at. Buying a car is tough, but Donaldson makes it a bit easier. Thank you Zaak for all of your help! More

Dave was able to take a deposit over the phone and we made an appointment for delivery. The delivery, including signing the paperwork and being introduced to the vehicle, went extremely smooth.
