Holly was so wonderful and helped us through every step of the buying process. She showed us several Foresters and totally explained everything about the cars to us. She did not pressure us at all in any way. She did not play any 'games' with us. When we picked up the car she again explained all the features and she knew that we were not used to them so she took the time to make sure we understood it all. In the past when we had purchased a new car it felt like a battle with the car dealer. This experience was totally different. Before we bought the car we checked and the price was right for the Forester we wanted. Holly was friendly, yet professional. She makes buying a car a relaxing and easy experience.
