I had a problem with the Subaru Forester 2021 that I purchased in November of this year. No fault of Donaldson's but the part needed to fix it kept getting delayed. This was the only means of transpor purchased in November of this year. No fault of Donaldson's but the part needed to fix it kept getting delayed. Donaldson provided us with a rental car but after almost a month we went in only to find out the part still had not shipped and was probably another month out. At that time we spoke with Zack Fox, our Sales Rep and decided that we would trade our Forester in for another car. We also met with Steve Fulco, General Manager of Sales Operations and are very happy to say we are the proud owners of a 2021 Outback. There were no hidden fees! When proving the car I was allowed to see the monitor and how the price was broken down. Most dealerships discuss the cost and later add a fee of a few thousand hoping to confuse the customer. This was NOT the case at Donaldson. I was very satisfied with the whole process. More
