Andrew greeted us upon our entry with his easy going, non-pressure demeanor, asked us how he could help, and then proceeded to listen and offer suggestions based on what we said. The only reason we gave PRICE a GOOD rating rather than GREAT is because our research online led us to believe that a lower price would be achievable. This is the second time my wife and I had purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. When we walked into the dealership to order my new Subaru, John Seagriff immediately displayed a friendly personality and quickly sat down with us to review the options we had available. John compared the models of WRXs so that we could make an intelligent decision on which one to choose from from a financial standpoint. My wife and I knew it would take time for the car to come in but John explained the ordering process so that we knew length of time it would take for the new car to arrive. Once the dealership received the vehicle, John Seagriff and Robert (in finance) made finalizing the deal very fluid. It was the shortest amount of time I've ever had to wait in order to pick up a new vehicle, further enhancing the buying process. Before my wife and I drove off in my beautiful new Subaru WRX, which was hand waxed at the dealership, John took the time to walk me through all of the cars features.
