I have to say that our recent purchase of a new 2014 Subaru Forrester was by far the best experience we have ever had at a car dealeship! Mike was honest, helpful and friendly and gave us exactly what Subaru Forrester was by far the best experience we have ever had at a car dealeship! Mike was honest, helpful and friendly and gave us exactly what we were looking for and more. He explained all the techincal details to me and made it very clear and easy to understand the reasons for the features and how to operate them. The exeperience has changed my feelings about car dealerships and we will return to Donaldson's of Subabru in the future. Mike got us our car quickly and without all the usual hassles and annoyances that have been our experience at other deadlerships in the past. The entire experience of purchasing (leasing) a new Impreza was painless. I kept waiting to be introduced to the person, whose job it was, to make it as difficult as possible, to get the car, once I ha Impreza was painless. No paint sealant ,special this or that, or for just a little bit extra each month etc. etc. The only time a few dollars,and I mean $6.00 per month, was brought up, was an adjustment on the length of the lease, to match the term of the warranty on the car. The agreement was signed at 6 P.M. I was told the car would be ready for pick up the following day at 12 P.M. Donaldsons took care of contacting my insurance company and securing plates and the car was ready to go with a full tank of gas,when they said. Definitely a #5 great experience. More
