I have to say ....the Subaru Forester is the reason my husband literally walked away from a four car accident he unfortunately was involved in last year. I wanted a safe car, with all wheel drive ......so I bought a Legacy....my experience from start to finish was professional, courteous and hassle free. I am very happy with my purchase. More

I had my 2000 Subaru Forester for 14 years. It was always serviced at Donaldsons. After 99,000+ miles, I brought it in for a checkup and was told that my inspection date had expired and that I needed front a serviced at Donaldsons. After 99,000+ miles, I brought it in for a checkup and was told that my inspection date had expired and that I needed front and rear brakes again. I had already decided that doing anymore work on my car was not practical-and to add to that dilemma It would not pass inspection so I would have no car. I marched into the sales department and met the nicest folks. Mary the receptionist is an asset to your company. Andrew Mongru and I hit it off immediately. He has a smile and a perfect personality for sales. He calmed me down as I was quite anxious to have a car. I originally wanted a red Forester but you only had a black one. He took me for a ride in a Venetian Red Pearl Cross Trek and it fit like a glove. I wasn't looking for bells and whistles but I got a few. Also was not planning on spending as much as I did, but since I got 14 beautiful years out of my silver Subaru, I went for it. All systems were go and I received my car the next day. Can't tell you how many compliments I have received. The car is terrific and while I am still reading the manual, Andrew has offered to tutor me so I can find out how to use all the bells and whistles. This is not the end of the story. My 2000 HI O silver Subaru lives on. My best friend's daughter was desperate for a car. So she had it repaired and it probably will go for another 99,000 miles. Subaru has to be the best car on the road. I see so many of them still going strong. May I also say a word about Gerard Napolitano my service rep. I guess you can say I have know him for 14 years and give him beaucoup thanks for being an exceptional person and for keeping me safely on the road for all those years. More

I've bought three cars in the past year from Donaldsons. The last two were from Mike Incristo. Mike is patient with any and all questions. Next year , I will be back to buy my daughter a car and I know they will treat her with the utmost respect even if I wasn't with her. More
