From the moment I walked in, all of my questions and concerns were addressed by Shane and he walked me through the whole process as I have never bought a brand new car before. A huge hassle Took the car in to get a hose fixed because of a leak just to then have a bigger leak a week later and whenever I take it in they give you the run aro Took the car in to get a hose fixed because of a leak just to then have a bigger leak a week later and whenever I take it in they give you the run around first they say it next to be checked then someone is on lunch then you call them again )because they won't call you) just so they can tell u it needs to stay overnight because no one ha even looked at it so then your out 2days with no vehicle it's ridicu this has happened twice and the only reason we go back is for them to fix what they messed up in the first place. They are incompetent, slow and full of excuses! Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else driving an extra 15 min away is better the going through all of that. More

We've never had a bad experience with their sales staff, or felt pressured, duped, or in any way dissatisfied. I went onto the Subaru side to buy my first car recently and wasn't even able to tell that the salesman, Dave, worked there (and I mean that in a good way). He seemed so laid back that I thought he was another customer looking at the same car. Although he did take down my contact information at the end of my test drive, he didn't follow up excessively or bother me in any way. When the time came to purchase the car he offered a very fair price beneath the MSRP (in line with what I expected after heading to TrueCar). We didn't have to go back and forth more than once or twice. No real haggling or feeling like they were holding back from giving me a good deal. More

2015 Outback I started my search for a new vehicle through Consumer's Reports and TRUECar. I selected the Subaru dealership closest to my home, but they did not h I started my search for a new vehicle through Consumer's Reports and TRUECar. I selected the Subaru dealership closest to my home, but they did not have what I wanted and advised me that it would take about 10 weeks to order a vehicle. I visited Donaldsons and although they did not have what I wanted they were able to install some of the accessories that I did want. Dave Clark was great...he wasn't pushy, answered all of my questions ,and addressed my concerns - even after I purchased the vehicle. Dave's knowledge of the vehicle and its' options was top-notch, and he took time in explaining how everything worked. I had left home with my cell phone, but dropped it in my brother-in-law's car. Dave indicated that I could come back at any time and he would sync my phone with the car...that is excellent service. If there was an option to give 4.5 stars to the "Price", then I would have done that as the total price came to several hundred dollars more than the TRUECar estimate. I would still recommend Donaldsons and highly recommend asking for Dave Clark. More

Very slow and poor communication I received an automated phone call reminder from Donaldsons that my state inspection was due. This was great, thank you. A few days later, I received a card in the mail, from the Service Manager Bill Moran. It was another reminder that my inspection was due. Again, this was great, thank you. I then contacted the service dept to schedule an appointment and waited SEVERAL DAYS and nobody responded... So I called up and asked for a service appointment and was told that before I could make an appointment, Bill was going to call me personally, first thing the next morning. Ok, no problem, I said. Well Bill never called the next morning, nor the morning after that. In fact, days and days went by. I didn't want to risk driving with an expired inspection sticker, so I went to another dealer who took me the day after I contacted them. What a great experience I had at the other dealer! More
