I was disappointed that they had my truck for a week and I did not get regular updates about progress. Very poor experience! !!!! Jim made it seem like he was giving your top trade in value on your vehicle. And showed you how much he was giving, but failed to tell you he a !!!! Jim made it seem like he was giving your top trade in value on your vehicle. And showed you how much he was giving, but failed to tell you he added your down payment to your trade in value column on the agreement. And when question about it, he claims it was to lessen your tax. He shows you your trade in valve, but you have to do the math of all the numbers to realized you be had. The business manager is just as bad. Saving a couple hundred on the trade in tax against thousand is a big difference. If they were straight forward on the trade, I would have never bought the vehicle. I have never been so disappointed in a car dealer ship as East Hartford Chevrolet. And I have bought over 10 brand GM new vehicle in my life time. Its about time to look elsewhere. And with over 2 dozen number on the contract, I guess you have to take to a lawyer to review. and not trust Robert Lewis More
