I receive excellent service each time from Rusty Wallis Volkswagen. DJ Ahmed is the Service Advisor and is truly the best and I would recommend him as the Service Advisor for your car. Service team is great! Aaron and team work hard for their customers. Sales team not so much. Bait and switch. Received buy back email so I asked for appraisal. Salesman and Sales manager would not their customers. Sales team not so much. Bait and switch. Received buy back email so I asked for appraisal. Salesman and Sales manager would not commit to a final amount. Excuse is that the market fluctuates to much. Couldn't offer top dollar. As a customer that's not my problem with the buy back. I'm sure it's not a problem for the sales team charging top dollar when selling despite the market fluctuations. Won't buy another car from RW. To bad to because the service team is great and I'm in the market for a SUV. More
