Service team is great! Aaron and team work hard for their customers. Sales team not so much. Bait and switch. Received buy back email so I asked for appraisal. Salesman and Sales manager would not their customers. Sales team not so much. Bait and switch. Received buy back email so I asked for appraisal. Salesman and Sales manager would not commit to a final amount. Excuse is that the market fluctuates to much. Couldn't offer top dollar. As a customer that's not my problem with the buy back. I'm sure it's not a problem for the sales team charging top dollar when selling despite the market fluctuations. Won't buy another car from RW.
