Aaron Allison (Service Director), Rachel, and Brock always take care of me and provide me with world-class service. Aaron and her team go above and beyond for me on every visit. I observed othe always take care of me and provide me with world-class service. Aaron and her team go above and beyond for me on every visit. I observed other customer interactions with the service team and customers. Seeing how well the service department takes care of its customers was fantastic. Service centers at dealerships are often customer pain points, but not at Rusty Wallis VW because of how Aaron runs the service center. Thank you, Aaron and team, for another pleasant visit! More

DJ and Aaron in the service department are always on top of their game. They treat you like family and always make sure that you are taken care of! The service center did a full inspection on a vehicle we were prepared to buy from another person. The communication was amazing they even sent a video of what they found and walked through everything I was were prepared to buy from another person.
