Beware of East Dallas VW – They Crashed My Car and Refused to Fix It! I can’t express how furious I am with my experience at East Dallas VW (formerly Rusty Wallis VW). I brought my car in for a simpl Refused to Fix It! I can’t express how furious I am with my experience at East Dallas VW (formerly Rusty Wallis VW). I brought my car in for a simple oil change and to replace my windshield, and they somehow managed to damage my bumper in the process! Service Advisor Robert Hill assured me that they would fix it, but what did I get? A half-hearted “repair” involving a bolt to fix a clip they broke, and they completely ignored the scratch on my bumper. When I confronted them, both Robert Hill and Bryan Stanford had the audacity to claim the clip was already broken and were incredibly rude and dismissive. Let me be clear: my bumper was NOT scratched when I brought my car in, and there was no broken clip! This place has no respect for their customers or their vehicles. I highly advise against using East Dallas VW. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and treat you like you’re the problem. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else! If I could give them zero stars I certainly would! More
Customer Service second to none? HA! I beg to differ!! The service dept is BAD!! They didn't communicate with my wife and I about our vehicle! They provided no "Detailed Report" co HA! I drove off the lot with my car supposedly fixed. However, my car now sits 21 miles later, inoperable!! I do not understand why my vehicle is now inoperable and why we weren't informed of any problems that may occur. Or if the vehicle is experiencing any other problem then the one told to us! The corporate office isn't any help either!! So now I'm stuck with a vehicle that is now inoperable; A dealership that doesn't care; and I don't have the money to "find out" why my vehicle doesn't run after having it at the dealership for 5 days!! Just to change a fuse??? For $264.00??? AND MY CAR IN INOPERABLE!! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM EAST DALLAS VW!! More
Service is excellent and Luke SHOAF is a very valuable part of the team. Luke has always been there to take care of my needs with service.
