Our service advisor, Luke Shoaf, did an amazing job communicating with us per usual (so glad he is back!). We found our future sales consultant, Stoney Lingo, he was patient, made us feel comfortable, and helped us understand everything. Our shuttle driver ( I did not get his name) was amazing, made us feel comfortable, and talked to us the whole way. Our technician, Brock P, did a great job explaining our vehicle condition through the video (detailed). The cashier (I did not get her name) made it simple and fast to check out. Terrible customer service. I took my car in to reset the computer because i changed the battery on my own. I then agreed to do other services. Today I went to pick up my vehicl I took my car in to reset the computer because i changed the battery on my own. I then agreed to do other services. Today I went to pick up my vehicle and I asked the clerk if my vehicle was washed since they didn’t do it last two times. The clerk ignored me and didn’t answer my question. After waiting for about a minute for answers I asked the clerk if she heard my question and asked her the question a second time. She told me that it was not her job and that she didn’t care about that. I then asked that she works for Rusty Wallis and asked if she was part of the team. Note that the proper answer should have been please ask a service representative or let me find out. I then talked to Brian allegedly the manager of the clerk and he said that it was not their job. I asked if it was not his job to provide customer service. In a rude way he told me I was not hearing him, told me to talk to the service representative manager (Rachel) and told me he was done with me. While talking to service staff and asking for the manager, Brain rushed out of his office in threatening manner rush me a stood right at my face as he was going to fight me and telling me that he was in charge of the dealership and I had to deal with him. I advised that he was the one how told me to talk to the service manager for him to move from my personal space and that I was done talking to him and asked the service representative to talk to the manager. I spoke about what happened and advised to see the cameras to address Brain violent behavior as well as to address the poor customer service from the clerk and how I just spent a lot of money to be treated in such a way. Rachel told me that it was 9:am to be dealing with customers and tried to cover Brian’s violent behavior and the clerk poor customer service. When I advised her that covering for her stuff and not addressing the problem was going to cause the dealership to lose customers. Her solution was for me to look at the vehicle to see if the car was washed. Very disappointed experience. I paid a lot of money to get threatened for asking if my car was washed. Finally, the windshield wipers were not working when I checked the vehicle. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Oscar Aguilera More
