She is amazing and the entire reason we wound up buying from East Coast. We had feelers out in a dozen car dealerships to be on the lookout for a later model Honda or Toyota minivan. Elissa called about one that we drove and turned down. She did not give up. We felt like we were her only customer she was so good, so attentive. This is actually WHY she is one of their best... very busy! She called us on her days off as though she wasn't off... From beginning to end she was wonderful. Manager Robert was excellent to, some issues ALL resolved professionally and the car was delivered as promised in great condition. The finance manager was a super nice guy, too. Have a used 2016 beetle convertible. I brought it in for a recall repair. The service center was knowledge & quick. Also had salesman, Sage, spend time with me discussing my car needs. Ripped off by service department. Brought my car in for 50k check up and charged extra 400 dollars engine light on. Problem: air intake valve.
