Mr. Biron, We strive to be upfront with all of our customers. When you purchased the 189,000 mile Honda Odyssey van from us the check engine light was already on. we had the conversation about the check engine light and we discussed our policy that we do not fix AS-IS vehicles. We said that you were more than welcome to have the vehicle checked out or pick out a different vehicle. You took the Odyssey to your mechanic and had it checked out, and came back to the dealership and purchased the Odyssey. The next day you emailed us about the check engine light that was on at the time of purchase and threatened to smear us online if we did not fix it. We offered for you to switch out the Odyssey for a different vehicle but you refused that offer. Our Exchange policy is normally 72 hours but we still stand behind our offer if you would like to reconsider.
