Visiting from out of town and had to get my Accord serviced. I was nervous being an "out-of-towner", but Tammy took my request and treated me like a long-time loyal customer. My brother purchased a used 2011 accord coupe first of last year the salesman was great and the financial manager was wonderful. My brother purchased the car and bought the extended warranty. He has never owned an almost new car and never one fully loaded. It has totally changed his confidence He washes it and baby's this car. He drove from Columbia to come back to the beach for fathers day to arrive with his bumper dislocated from the rear on one side He noticed that a clip was missing and had apparently popped off which caused the bumper to hang on one side. My brother went straight to dealership on Saturday to be told he would have to come back today to see service manager. Hoping to speak with a professional He was treated less than a human being and service manager accused him of wrecking the car and trying to get it repaired My brother told him if it had been wrecked he would turn in to his insurance. There are no dings or scratches The service manager was very disrespectful and didn't even bother to call the warranty company. My brother was in the Hondas dealership parking lot trying to get his bumper where it would not receive any more damage As he had to get back to Columbia. do not use this dealership especially the service department !!! less than professional and paid to have coverage for them to call you a liar. BUYERS BEWARE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS HERE. SERVICE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!! My brother and I both work in customer service and hospitality industry and can assure you this dealership will not be recommended. More

I love this dealership they are the best hands down I will never buy a car from anywhere else. I bought my 2008 Honda accord last year loved it and enjoyed working with Dennis. He put me at ease answered all my questions and worked hard to get me a great car at a great price. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or someone was getting over on me. I have used the service department for my oil changes and recommended service I usually have Irwin Cumberbatch as my service advisor and he is always very friendly and gets you out in no time. I received a call this year from East Coast to inform me that I could get something newer with almost the same payments if I was interested. I have never had a dealership contact me for that I was impressed again I worked with Dennis and once again he came through got me in a 2012 Honda Civic EX and tracked down the color I wanted on top of that got me a great deal with a great interest rate. I cannot say enough about them go ahead google them go 5 pages or more in no bad reviews. I emailed the CEO and president to inform him how happy I was with his dealership and to my surprise he emailed me back from his I phone and then again the next morning from his email. Great Place!! While on vacation at Myrtle Beach, we were in an accident. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but our car was a total loss. To rent a car and return home to Pennsylvania was $1400! After searching online, I found several minivans available in the area. What motivated me to go to East Coast Honda was the good reviews they had received online. We were not disappointed! The salesperson was very helpful in dealing with our situation. The van wasn't perfect, but they adjusted the price to reflect necessary repairs. Terry also helped us over our next hurdle - the money. We always used debit or credit cards on vacation leaving our checkbook at home. The dealership wouldn't allow us to use a credit card to pay for the car. Our debit card refused the transaction because it was above the daily limit. The financing company wasn't interested because the amount wasn't high enough! Fortunately, the dealer found a lending company willing to loan us the money and we drove the car off the lot and resumed our vacation. I was very happy with the service we received at East Coast and recommend it to others. More
