East Coast Honda

I took my wife's acura to East Coast Honda to have the headlights adjusted. three years ago one headlight failed. I had the module replaced for $750. a year later the other failed and I had them repla the headlights adjusted. three years ago one headlight failed. I had the module replaced for $750. a year later the other failed and I had them replace it for $800 After the replacement the lights were very high but my wife rarely drove at night so she didn't take it back immediately. When I recently started to use her car the lights were so high that oncoming traffic kept flashing their high beams at me so I made an appointment to get them adjusted. When I went there they told me it would cost over $100 because they had to remove the front bumper to adjust the lights, After paying $1500 for headlights I decided not to have them adjusted for another $100 plus. I took the car home and went on the internet to check out how to adjust them. I found out there are two adjustment screws and all you need for tools is a screwdriver. NOTHING HAS TO BE REMOVED. When it got dark I shined the lights on the garage door and turned the screws. Total adjustment time, less than 5 minutes. I will never trust them again to work on any car. More

I researched new Honda CRV'S online on EAST COAST HONDA'S website. I compared prices and inventory with other dealerships and decided that East Coast was going to be the best fit for me. I arrived at the dealership first thing in the morning. As soon as I walked in the door I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed help. Within 30 seconds the receptionist had a sales person welcoming me. My sales person Jeremy Hull was very polite and friendly. We talked about what I was looking for in a new vehicle and he immediately took me to the vehicle that I have since purchased. He made sure he disclosed all the cost beyond the original sticker cost so there wouldn't be any surprises at the end. This was greatly appreciated. He wrote up the deal with the figure I told him I wanted to pay. He quickly took it to his sales manager and within minutes we had a deal. The paper work went very smoothly and everything was explained simply. It was a pleasure doing business with East Coast and Jeremy ... As well as the whole staff. Mike was fantastic! He spent hours hunting down a car that was in good condition and within my price range. After we found our pick, he even stayed for 2 hours after the doors closed to help us get the c that was in good condition and within my price range.
