I went in for my normal service. Was told that a coolant flush and alignment were not part of my extended warranty package and would have to pay out of pocket for those. I had some other concerns about my car that were addressed. One involved taking the steering column apart to lube the area and put it back. I imagine that the battery was disconnected in the process. When I got my car back, the 12V adapter no longer functioned. It worked when I dropped the car off, not when i got it back. I returned the next day and explained what happened. They diagnosed it as a fuse and then told me it wasn't covered under warranty and that it was my fault because I plugged something that killed the fuse. I was very upset at not being heard. They did replace the fuse for free, but the lack of taking me seriously and not being heard is unacceptable. In the future, I will document that my components work properly before handing over my key. More
