Rainy Day Visit We arrived on a stormy day to just look at cars for the first time in awhile. Michael was so kind, knowlegeable and helpful. He went out on the lot We arrived on a stormy day to just look at cars for the first time in awhile. Michael was so kind, knowlegeable and helpful. He went out on the lot in the rain and brought various models from storage lots to show us styles and colors. He and a trainee spent 2 plus hours with us even though we were "just looking." Very impressed with the total lack of pressure and eagerness to help. Michael even brought out suitcases to check trunk capacity for us! Unbelievable time spent with the customer who was just looking. Will return and hopefully work with Michael, who is an expert on the technology end for sure! Kathy and Bob Hachman More

I stopped into the dealership and Fiorella Cuba met me at the door. She was friendly, helpful and knew exactly how to get my phone to pair quickly. She not only solved the issue, she made sure I understood how to do it as well in case it happened again in the future. I was pleasantly surprised as how quickly my issue was solved. Thank you! More

He went WAY above and beyond to make my experience an extra ordinary one. He explained every little detail about the car very passionately and he was super helpful and understanding when I mentioned that I need a day to sleep on it. There was no pressure, no push and no judgement. Charles Slan is very professional, polite, knowledgeable and he understands the customers and their needs. He was constantly checking in with me to make sure that I get what I was looking for. I was stuck on a very special color and he made it possible. Charles worked so hard to make sure that all my needs are met and I get what I am looking for. He did a tremendous research and kept me in the loop along the way. Thank you Charles! Kelvin Pun in finance made everything so easy and seamless that I can't even find words to THANK him. He offered us the best deal possible and went in each and every detail to make sure we understood everything (even fine print - there was non though - this is East Bay BMW - there is no fine print). Great Service.. Brought my 550i in for the customer care program. The service techs concluded that I needed new injectors and high pressure fuel pump replaced. Once completed, and overall inspection was done, and other problems were found. The service manager, handled all communication with warranty company, and was able to complete the work in a timely manner, taking into account that the engine had to be removed in order to get to the timing chain gaskets. Great job.. More
Worst Dealership Ever Never return the car back on time and keeps delaying it. Poor servicing, visit the dealership 3 times within 4 months. Great experience in service department! I wanted to share great experience I had today with my car. I spoke with the representative name Ezequiel Henriquez over the phone few days ago. I tol I wanted to share great experience I had today with my car. I spoke with the representative name Ezequiel Henriquez over the phone few days ago. I told him about suspicious red light coming up when I started the engine. He advised me to bring the car in to pin point the problem. He said he would set up a rental car aside for me. This morning everything was ready to go and he was very helpful! He discovered another potential problem that I noticed too. He seemed very knowledgeable and he made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him as your service advisor. I just love this place! Best coffee in town!!!!?????? More
