Had the worst oil change service ever. I purposely went out of my way to this dealer because my other experience with them was quite pleasant. Jesse was very professionaly when writing up my service, had out of my way to this dealer because my other experience with them was quite pleasant. Jesse was very professionaly when writing up my service, had my car washed. I picked up the car, drove it for a few hours, and the oil warning light comes on. I look under my car, and I see what seems to be oil dripping like a waterfall. My goodness, these goes my brand new M3 engine. I call up Jesse, and all he can suggest is for me to get my car back there, and he will take care of things. I would think that if one of my mechanics did something like this, I would personally go pick up the customer myself, and give him a loaner. Very poor followthrough. I faxed them a letter regarding my bad experience, never got a sorry or reply. I will NEVER go back to them again. More
